Chapter 2552 The Revitalize Essence Pill

Chapter 2552 The Revitalize Essence Pill

Julius guided Jared to a rather ordinary room and respectfully said, “You may rest here. If you need

anything, don''t hesitate to call me.”

“Thank you, Mr. Poulsen!” Jared responded gratefully, acknowledging the courteous treatment.

Just when Julius was about to step out of the room, Jared suddenly halted him.

He asked, “Mr. Poulsen, can I ask you something?”

“Feel free to ask me anything!” Julius responded.

“Mr. Poulsen, are all the inhabitants here beast cultivators? Are there humans living in the city?” Jared

    inquired with curiosity.

Julius shook his head. “There are no humans here. We''re all beast cultivators, and we''re a part of the

beast race. The humans have their own territories, so they won''t live among us.”

“You mean no humans have ever set foot here before?” Jared could not help but express surprise. It''s

such a vast city, yet no humans have discovered it ore here before?

“Humans doe to our city. We often invite some alchemists over to aid in refining pills or seek

medical assistance,” Julius exined. “You see, it''s nearly impossible for us beast cultivators to

be alchemists, so we can only rely on them!”

Jared nodded in understanding upon learning that the beast cultivators could transform into human

forms but were unable to be alchemists.

“Are there any other questions?” Julius asked softly.

Jared shook his head. “That''s all I want to know for now. Thank you, Mr. Poulsen!”

After Julius left, Jared remained in the room, quietly adjusting his breathing and slowly recovering his

    strength.

A few momentster, someone knocked on the door, startling Jared.

He opened his eyes and saw Ivasha walking in with a porcin tray.

On the trayy a brownish-green pill that emitted a faint glow.

At first nce, Jared could tell that this pill was no ordinary pill.

He stood up and greeted her with respect, “Princess Ivasha.”

“I''ve brought you a Revitalize Essence Pill. It seems like your injuries still haven''t fully healed. Taking

this pill might be beneficial for treating your wounds,” Ivasha said as she ced the porcin tray on

    the table.

Jared looked at the Revitalize Essence Pill, his face showing a hint of puzzlement. To a beast cultivator

who could never be an alchemist, this pill was undoubtedly an invaluable item!

However, he could not fathom why Ivasha would present him with such a precious gift. He could not

    grasp her intentions.

“Your Highness, pardon me for asking this, but why are you presenting me with such a significant gift

even though we''ve only just met?” Jared inquired, genuinely perplexed.

“Because I need some answers from you,” Ivasha replied.

“What answers?” Jared asked, his expression freezing for a moment as he was unsure what she was

    referring to.

“You possess the aura of both a human and a celestial beast, which indicates that your parents must

be from different races,” Ivasha exined. “One of your parents is from the beast race, whereas the

other is from the human race. I wish to know who your parents are and how they managed to conceive

    you.”

Jared knitted his brow, puzzled by Ivasha''s inquiry about his parents. Nevertheless, he answered, “My

mother is a human, but as for my father, I''ve never met him, and I know nothing about him. Why do you

ask about this? Do you think there''s something amiss about my birth?”

Jared looked at Ivasha with a perplexed expression, unable toprehend the purpose behind her

question or what she hoped to discover.
