    Tatiana’s eyes locked on the picture of Howard and Milly. They looked so intimate and happy together!


    This was definitely not the result she had wanted!


    What was the paparazzo thinking? How could he have mistaken Howard for a toy boy? Even Tatiana found his face familiar when she saw the photo.


    And how could Milly, an actress of all people, win over Howard? Who gave her the right to im him as hers?


    Tatiana felt a surge of jealousy as she gazed at Howard’s smile in the photo. If that damn ident hadn’t urred, she would have been the one with Howard by now and spared herself all the pain she’d endured since then!


    However, even before the ident, Howard had never smiled so warmly when he was with her. It was clear that he truly cared about Milly.


    Tatiana gritted her teeth. When shepared herself to Milly, she realized she couldn’t match up. The only thing she still had to cling to was her title as a Best Actress winner, but even that was slipping away since she wasn’t acting anymore.


    What could be more infuriating than discovering that her ex-fiancé had moved on to someone far better than her?


    That was exactly how Tatiana felt.


    The director who was dining with her wasn’t particrly famous. When Tatiana was in a good mood, he would go out of his way to amodate her, but if she was upset, he knew to slip away quietly.


    He looked at her with respect and said, “Miss Fernandez, if you have other matters to attend to, I won’t keep you any longer. I’ll make sure the TV series preparations are handled properly.”


    Once he left, Tatiana couldn’t contain her frustration any longer. She mmed her hand onto the table in anger.

    Austen, sitting across from her, was caught off guard. He stood up, ncing at Jedidiah, unsure of how to react.


    The sound of Tatiana mming her hand on the table released all the anger she had been holding in, and then, with a calm demeanor, she asked, “Madisyn is going to hold that paparazzo ountable. Have you dealt with him?”


    “Don’t worry, Miss Fernandez. Everything has been handled.”


    Though Austen didn’t know what was going on, hearing Madisyn’s name made him realize that Tatiana’s anger was connected to her.


    He lowered his gaze, recalling the first time he met Madisyn. A subtle resentment began to build inside him.


    If it weren’t for her, Tatiana wouldn’t be this angry. And if Tatiana wasn’t so angry, he wouldn’t feel so humiliated himself.


    Tatiana, though visibly upset, knew she couldn’t take direct action against Milly since she wasn’t with Global Entertainment. She wanted to confront Howard, but the humiliation she had felt thest time they crossed paths still weighed heavily on her.
