    When Felixnded in Avesburgh at midnight, his phone buzzed with missed calls and messages as he turned it on. Among the callers were people from Tabiner Bay, Emest, and even Xena.


    Felix was puzzled, wondering why so many people tried to reach him even at thiste hour. After a moment of hesitation, he decided to call Ernest back. The man had tried several times, so it had to be something urgent. "Mr. Holt Senior, I justnded. Is everything okay?"


    "You need toe back quickly. Your vi caught fire. It''s just been put out, but there''s nothing much left"


    Felix''s mind immediately shed to Harold, and he made a silent decision as he rushed to Tabiner Bay. When he arrived, Xena was waiting at the entrance, and the vi was nothing more than a charred shell behind her. "Do you need the Phoenix Legion to help with the investigation?" Xena asked, her expression neutral.


    She knew a regr fire would unlikely harm a skilled martial artist like Felix unless he had been incapacitated. Besides, her offer was more about making amends for Belle''s earlier behavior than any genuine concern. "No need," Felix declined.


    Xena nodded and started to walk away. However, Felix stopped her and said, "I''d like to visit your grandpa tomorrow."


    Xena kept walking as she responded, "Go ahead. I won''t be there tomorrow, but I''ll let the housekeeper know." Felix was relieved to hear that. With Xena out of the house, he would not have to worry about holding back.


    He was also grateful that the herbs he had collected earlier were stored at Kane''s ce. It would have been a catastrophe if they had been lost in the fire Harold had set. The vi could be rebuilt, but those herbs were priceless


    As he was thinking this, he received a call from Harold, who said, "Felix, I''m sorry. I had only been staying there for a few hours when the fire started. Maybe it was a short circuit or something? Anyway, I barely got out alive! Seriously, though, the quality of your ce was awful."


    Felix did not bother to respond and hung up. After all, he would make sure Harold faced the consequences of his actions soon.


    The following day, Felix arrived at Xena''s house to treat Curtis. The grueling processsted from morning until sunset, leaving Felix tired but satisfied. When he was done, Felix checked Curtis'' pulse onest time and smiled the treatment had been sessful. Curtis had been bedridden for a long, so it would likely take about a week for him to fully recover and move around again. Felix had flushed the poison from his body and helped regte his internal energy, though his cirction was still somewhat unstable. As he left Silverwood, Felix felt like the moon shone brighter than usual, or perhaps it was just his mood. Curtis'' recovery meant the marriage contract between him and Xena would finally conclude. Whatever the oue, it would be better than the endless uncertainty. Shortly after Felix''s departure, Xena returned home. She asked, "Did Felix leave?"


    The housekeeper replied, "He left just a while ago."
