    As night fell, Felix stood near an abandoned single-story house in the desert wastnd of Guneria. Felix was not worried about John escaping after their fight. After all, someone as cautious as John would not have initiated the confrontation unless he was absolutely confident in his chances.

Sure enough, John was perched on a nearby hill about six miles away, watching Felix through a high-end telescope mounted on a sturdy tripod.
