Jeremy narrowed his eyes at Jared. If this guy weren''t the son of a high-ranking general in the city defense forces, he would have loved to give him a good p.
"The object that Felix pulled out belongs to a respected member of the Larsson family. Madam Goddard once saved this elder''s life, and as a gesture of gratitude, he gave her this item. As long as someone presents it, the entire Larsson n is obligated to fulfill two tasks for them."
"It appears that Felix is truly Madam Goddard''s disciple. Otherwise, how could he obtain such an item? Jared, I suggest you focus on your own affairs. The Larsson family no longer wishes to pursue any deals with your father. You may leave at this time."
