?Chapter 846:
She rested a hand on her stomach, her voiceden with sorrow. “I could even end this pregnancy since it wasn’t nned with love.”
Mny knew the child was herst leverage. She yed another card, her voice breaking. “I just feel sorry for Lindy. She’s always wanted a grandchild. Please, apologize to her for me…”
Colton’s heart sank with the weight of her words. “You don’t have to go to such lengths. I’ll take responsibility for our child.”
He knew Lindy’s fury would be boundless if the pregnancy was terminated, not to mention that the unborn child was innocent. He couldn’t bring himself to end the unborn life.
“Are you really giving me another chance?” Mny’s voice was hopeful yet resigned. “I promise to make things right once the baby is born,” she vowed, tears streaming down her face.
But Colton’s response was icy. “If the baby is born healthy, I’ll give you four million as a settlement for the divorce.”
Colton’s tone was icy and distant. “And Allison and I will raise the baby together,” he said.
Mny was almost too shocked to process his words. Had Coltonpletely lost his senses? He actually intended for that vile woman to help raise their child? And judging by his tone, he seemed to be rekindling his rtionship with Allison!

She stared at him, frozen in disbelief. “Colton, how could you betray me like this? This is too much!” she shouted.
Mny’s anger surged, making her chest ache and her hands tremble. For years, manipting men had always been second nature to her. But now, she had hit a dead end and had no choice but to try to turn things around.
“Colton, we’ve been through so much together,” she pleaded. “I can’t imagine my life without you. Yes, I’ve made mistakes, but does that mean I’m beyond forgiveness? Would you really take my child away from me?”
Colton, however, wasn’t swayed by her tears. “If my mother knew the truth about you,” he said coldly, “she’d never let you remain part of the Stevens family. You know how she is.”
Mny’s chest tightened even more. He wasn’t wrong. If Lindy ever found out she was pregnant, this selfish woman would probably fight to keep the baby while cutting her out of the picturepletely. But Mny had bigger problems. The real battle was keeping Colton and Allison apart. If they stayed close, her chances would be gone forever.
“Colton, we can argue all we want, but Lindy is unwell right now,” Mny said, her tone pleading. “Can we keep this from her for now? I’m afraid it’ll be too much for her to handle.”
Mny clutched her chest, her movements desperate and full of despair. “At least wait until we pick up the medicine from Fleeinnd Lab tomorrow,” she added. “Let’s deal with her headaches first.”
