?Chapter 990:

    “Who are you?!”

Allison screamed, panic in her voice, as she nced at the warehouse door.

Blood was smeared all over the floor nearby, showing that someone had been dealt with recently.

But these men in front of her didn’t seem to be in charge.

As expected, the doctor entered a room with a bow of respect.

“Mr. White, aren’t you going toe see?”

“What’s the point? They’re all the same.”

“I swear, this one’s top-notch!” That exined his eagerness.

Soon enough, Allison saw a figure in a raincoat step out of the room.

The man had a white rose tattoo on his arm.

His raincoat was soaked in blood, making it clear that he had just taken someone’s life.

“Well, she’s a real gem,” Victor said, eyeing Allison’s face through the crowd.

“That’s why I brought her to you,” the doctor said proudly, waving his car keys. “I’ll leave her here. I need to head back now. Don’t forget to send the payment on time.”

Victor casually dropped his raincoat to the floor.

“Don’t worry, I’ll double your payment.”

The doctor walked out of the warehouse without looking back, leaving Allison to start her role. She fought against her restraints, crying out, “Who are you? What are you going to do to me?”

“Stop struggling,” Victor warned. “If you keep it up, I’ll make things harder.”

His eyes roamed over Allison with greed. “If you cooperate, you could bring in a good price.”

Allison’s voice trembled as she asked, “Are you… human traffickers?”

Victor scoffed. “Don’t lump us in with those people. We’re in the international trade business.”

After speaking, he raised his hand to give amand. “Take her to stay with that woman with sses. She’s the only stable one.”

Victor smiled as he stared into Allison’s eyes. “The others are too out of control right now. We can’t risk them ruining our best product.” To him, people were just items to be traded.

Allison lowered her head, her eyes hardening as a cold sh passed through them.

She could tell the other women had been broken by fear and pain.

She couldn’t help but wonder how Amya was holding up now.

The woman with sses he referred to could easily be Amya.

    These bastards!
