    Corinne followed the servant out of the dining room. Jeremy knew howplicated Corinne’s


    rtionship was with the Carews, so out of worry for her, he stood up and made his way out too.


    All of a sudden, Greg stopped him.


    ’Jeremy,” Greg called out sternly.


    Jeremy turned back to look at him. “Yes, Grandpa?”
