?Chapter 901:
Bang!
The two men collided with fists, each stepping back by half a step. The air between them was thick with tension, so heavy that everyone nearby was too scared to even look. The wind howled as Ken spat blood onto the ground, but he smiled — totally unshaken.
“Come on!”
Ken sensed that Verruckt was strong — terrifyingly so — but he didn’t care. Tonight, he was fighting for the woman he loved.
“I admire your willpower, but there are things you probably don’t understand,” Verruckt said, grinning as he wiped the blood off his arm.
Ken’s knife had cut deep, exposing bone underneath. They fought like wild animals, fists and des crashing together in a brutal exchange.
Verruckt’s grin grew crueler.
“Alice has been kissed by me. Want to hear more?” Verruckt’s face was full of arrogance.
Ken’s expression hardened as he lunged at Verruckt, aiming his knife straight for his heart. “You’re asking for it.”
In that brief moment, clouded by anger, Verruckt struck hard, punching Ken in the stomach. “Looks like the guy Alice likes isn’t so impressive after all,” Verruckt sneered.
“Shut up,” Ken snarled, swinging his elbow at Verruckt. Bang!
Both mennded powerful blows to each other’s midsection, the sound of the hits echoing through the night.
“Ken!” Allison gasped, trying to rush toward him.
But before she could take more than a couple of steps, Verruckt’s men closed in on her, surrounding her with their sheer numbers.
“Attack!” At the order, the men in ck rushed forward, determined to kill her. “Get out of my way!”
Allison handled her gun and knife with deadly skill, moving faster than anyone could track.
Before most of them knew what was happening, she was already in front of them, striking with brutal force.
St!
Blood sttered as she drove her de into one of the men’s chests.
None of the dozen attackers could stop her. She cut through them without hesitation, like an unstoppable force of nature.
At that moment, Gordon had already shaken off Jareth. “Allison, I’m here to help!”
The two of them worked together like a well-oiled machine, their focus deadly and unwavering.
While holding off the attackers, Allison asked, “Do we still have any backup explosives?”
